Ethan loves keys, so we thought he'd really enjoy Fairyland... see below to see if he did! I'm not really sure what to say about Fairyland, except that I went there as a kid. It probably hasn't changed much since then, kind of run down, but the kids definitely didn't notice!
Getting ready to explore!
Searching for a keyhole!
Found one! When you turn your key the box will tell you a story... but we didn't stay around long enough to hear the entire story. We were usually in search for the next key box!
The train ride was a huge hit!
Riding with grandma and grandpa!
Daddy's stuck in jail!
And now he's been hung out to dry!
The little ones!
We were trying to recreate a picture we had taken as kids on these chairs, but it was a bit difficult with the little ones. So, Auntie Jo and mommy had to jump in.
And now the daddies jump in!
And now grandpa and grandma!
Resting on the tail of the dragon!
Of course we had to end the day with ice cream!
Since the keys were so much fun, we decided to head to the SF Zoo another day because they have key boxes too!
Checking out the penguins, a favorite of ours.
Yes! Keyboxes!
What is my wingspan?
Train time!
Emily also enjoyed the train ride!
Ethan loved the train so much that he and daddy decided to ride it again.
Our little navigator.
What had a fun time running from key box to key box at Fairyland and the Zoo!
