I have always loved vacationing at Pismo Beach, it was a family favorite growing up.

A trip to Pismo is not complete without a trip to Splash Cafe!
It's a very popular and small restaurant, so we took our food to go and enjoyed eating it in the sunshine!

Our trip ended with the brave ones eating chocolate covered scorpions! Actually, the really brave ones ate the scorpions without any chocolate.
What a special time hanging out with family and celebrating my grandpa!
