"Shh...quiet"

Yesterday we decided to make butternut squash soup using some of our home grown butternut squash. Ethan was helping me put the butternut in the crock pot once I had cut off the skin and cut it up. This is how our conversation went...

Ethan: "All done?"
Me: "Almost, I'm tired of this butternut."
Ethan: "Shh... quiet."

It was definitely cute. I now know why people buy pre-cut butternut squash in those convenient plastic bags at the grocery store, that might be me next time...
