Two weeks ago Ethan and I joined a Parent/Child Preschool class that meets once a week. We joined because our friends Ali and Isla are in it and recommended the class, and we thought this would be a good way to introduce a new environment with new expectations to Ethan. For our last class we were asked to bring Valentines for our classmates, as we would be putting them in each others' Valentine's mailboxes.

Here Ethan is doing the first step to his Valentine, painting with red, pink, and purple roller paints. Once the paints were dry I cut them out into little hearts and Ethan glued them onto red squares. He definitely had fun using the glue stick. Then Ethan put a few Elmo stickers on the back and I wrote his little Valentine note for him. It was a lot of fun having Ethan involved in the process and I think it made the experience more meaningful for him.

The finished product.

Here is Ethan passing out his Valentines last Friday. He was definitely excited to pass them out and knew exactly what to do!

We spent our Valentine Day morning with our play group and had a fun time playing and doing some art.

Here are my little sweethearts!

Sending you our love on this Valentine's!
Happy Valentine's Day!
