Ethan couldn't wait to dig in!
Katelyn was curious and wanted to check it out, but she was convinced that it was "stinky" and stayed far away...
... until the pens came out and she just wanted to draw on the pumpkin.
Apparently drawing on pumpkins is a lot of fun!
Ethan was a huge helper with getting out all the "pumpkin goop". Since we weren't going to pass out candy in our neighborhood we just carved one pumpkin, but we did get the seeds out of the other two pumpkins to roast. Yum!
The finished product... per request, a happy, not sad, pumpkin, with triangle eyes, a triangle nose, and lots of teeth.
Watching a movie on the big screen while eating our potluck dinner with our friends.
Time for trick-or-treating!
The flashlights were a huge hit, especially since the streets were really dark, thanks Grandma Szto!
Ethan was a pro and knew just what to do and Katelyn quickly caught on.
Even David dressed up!
We got to trick-or-treat with friends, including one of my former students, which was a lot of fun.
All sugared up!
Our littlest pumpkin!
Happy Halloween!
