The food processor has found a permanent home on our kitchen counter. That sure beats the box, which it has been in for the past 5 and a half years! We got it as a wedding present, an item we had registered for, but had remained in the garage collecting dust until now. The food processor has really made making Ethan's food easy. He has been enjoying eating solids, still once a day. And so far he has eaten everything we have given him. His tiny little taste buds have now tasted rice cereal, carrots, acorn squash, butternut squash, sweet potato, green beans, and barley cereal. And yes, to those who were concerned, I did try the barley cereal before giving it to him. It actually has much more flavor than the bland rice cereal!
