Water-filled Days

Our last few days at the cabin were filled with water. On one day we went to a water park with Ethan while grandma kindly watched Katelyn back at the cabin. We weren't sure how much there was for her to do and if it would have been fun for her. Instead she got to take a nap and have special time with grandma.

The water park was just the right size for young kids.

Ethan had a good time in the water.

He especially liked turning the wheels and pushing the levers to make the water turn on and off.

Back at the cabin we had fun in a small inflatable pool and squirting water guns.

Katelyn had fun splashing in the pool.

Stick 'em up!

This looks dangerous!

Catching some zzz's on the plane back home.

Ethan surprisingly took 2 naps on the way back home, although it was because he was sporting a high fever and felt miserable. Poor guy had caught a virus towards the tail end of our trip.

We had a great time in Indiana, and came back pretty tired from all the fun. Out of the 10 days we were there, Ethan only took a nap one of the days. He was having a great time being with everyone and did a pretty good job keeping up despite the lack of sleep. Towards the end you could tell he was a bit on edge because he was exhausted, but he hung in there. Thankfully we're all back on schedule now and Ethan is back to his napping. We're looking forward to seeing everyone again!
