Happy Halloween!

Yesterday we carved pumpkins in preparation for Halloween. Ethan and Katelyn enjoyed helping with the initial process, picking out what to cut and cleaning out the insides of the pumpkin.

Pulling out the seeds.

Katelyn thought the scoop was lots of fun!

Ethan wanted Lighting McQueen and Elmo, so we had to oblige!

Getting ready to head out!

It's a bird! It's a plane! It's Super Ethan!

Our little fairy!

After the first few houses, Ethan did not want to visit any more houses and just wanted to return home. We eventually figured out it was because he wanted to go home and eat his candy. So, he got to have a lollipop while we trick or treated.

Even Katelyn got a lollipop! (Well, she just got to hold it any way.)

Trick or treating!

Look at that tongue! Ethan nursed the lollipop the entire time and still had a lot left when we got home.

Katelyn liked showing off her tongue too!

Happy Halloween!

Great looking costumes and great carving on the pumpkins.
Ethan does not have to worry, we have a lot of left over candy.
