Mother's Day!

Here's a short re-cap of Mother's Day...

Ethan especially had a lot of fun with his Uncle and Aunt. The next morning this was our conversation when he woke up in the morning...

Ethan - "Where did my family go?"
Me - "I'm here, Katie is here."
Ethan - "Where did my family go?"
Me - "What family?"
Ethan - "Uncle Dan and Aunt Kari. They went home. They will come again."

Mother's Day weekend was a lot of fun and restful not worrying about what we were going to eat (or cooking it for that matter) and hanging out with family. Dan and Kari made delicious paninis for lunch and David made us homemade pasta (which he has perfected, in my opinion), homemade focaccia, and rasberry bars for dessert. Thinking about the food makes me what to do the weekend all over again! :) Thanks David for making me feel honored and special!
