CSA

We recently joined a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) and are enjoying freshly picked organic fruit and vegetables! So far we have only picked up 2 boxes since we are doing a large box every other week. The fruit has been sweet and tasty! Sometimes we get vegetables we're not used to cooking with, so it takes some creativity and trying out new recipes.

In our box the first week we had beets and chard, what do you do with those? David made an amazing warm salad with them! I was a little sad when our next box didn't have either of those items because I wanted to make the salad again.

This was our second box, we didn't get a chance to take a picture of our first box. We made yummy stuffed zucchini with our geode zucchinis and I love cooking with the spring onions! Can't wait to see what we get this week in our box!

I loved the salad with the beets and chard that David made for us, that was truly delicious!
Can I have the recipe?
